We're looking for a sharp, senior-level Email Marketing Manager who blends creativity with technical expertise. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things email — leading strategy, managing execution, and ensuring our campaigns not only convert but also land in the inbox.
This role requires a data-driven marketer with deep technical knowledge of email infrastructure and delivery, a knack for high-impact copywriting, and the leadership ability to hold teams accountable while maintaining a collaborative, positive team vibe.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
- Write and manage newsletters and user communications, using compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement.
- Grow and segment email lists, ensuring the right messages reach the right audience at the right time.
- Oversee all outbound email efforts, including cold campaigns, and guide team execution with a focus on results.
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Ensure technical excellence in delivery, including domain/IP reputation, warming protocols, and compliance with all legal standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Lead and inspire a small team of marketers and outbound contributors, holding them accountable while fostering a supportive, collaborative environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Content teams to ensure messaging alignment and shared goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong technical understanding of email delivery systems (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, bounce handling, etc.).
- Experience with tools like Apollo, SendGrid, Warmly/Instantly, and HubSpot.
- Proven copywriting skills, particularly for outbound, newsletter, and lifecycle email content.
- Highly data-oriented mindset — you use insights to inform decisions and continuously improve.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams with a clear focus on performance and accountability.
- Proficiency with analytics, automation platforms, and CRM integrations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to email marketing.
