Hybrid: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote
$100,000–$120,000 + Discretionary Bonus | 100% Employer-Paid Benefits
Our client, a venture capital firm based in Las Vegas, is seeking a polished and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a Partner. The Role
The Executive Assistant will manage complex calendar coordination, extensive travel arrangements, and day-to-day administrative operations for the Partner, while also serving as a key point of contact for portfolio company communications, investor relations support, and internal team coordination. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment with confidential information, and keep pace with a dynamic deal-driven schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage an active and shifting calendar across multiple time zones, prioritizing competing demands with discretion
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up correspondence for investor meetings, board meetings, and portfolio company check-ins
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the Partner and internal team, portfolio founders, LPs, and external partners
- Handle expense reporting, invoice processing, and general administrative operations
- Assist with event planning and coordination for firm functions, dinners, and off-sites
- Manage highly confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Provide ad hoc project support as needed
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting a senior executive, ideally within venture capital, private equity, finance, or a similarly fast-paced professional environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/travel management tools
- A flexible, no-task-too-small mindset paired with genuine enthusiasm for the role
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$120,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
