Creative Director (Marketing & Brand)

Position Overview

We’re seeking an ambitious, strategic-minded Creative Director to lead and evolve our creative vision at our Company, a rapidly growing B2B SaaS provider specializing in Human Capital Management (HCM). This role is an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming creative leader eager to step up and take full creative ownership, driving the strategic storytelling, visual identity, and innovative campaigns that bring our brand to life.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll shape the creative direction of all brand and marketing initiatives, including web presence, digital and social media content, video storytelling, event experiences, advertising campaigns, branding strategy, and sales enablement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Creative Strategy & Vision: Establish and champion our overall creative strategy and brand storytelling, elevating our visual and narrative presence across digital marketing, video, web, events, and more.

  • Campaign Ideation & Oversight: Lead conceptual development and execution of impactful marketing and advertising campaigns, partnering with marketers, strategists, copywriters, and designers.

  • Brand Leadership: Oversee the evolution and consistency of our brand identity, creating guidelines and inspiring the entire organization with your creative vision.

  • Multimedia Storytelling: Drive creative excellence across video content, social media, digital campaigns, event collateral, web design, and sales tools.

  • AI Innovation: Actively integrate generative AI and new technologies into creative processes to enhance storytelling, productivity, experimentation, and innovation.

  • Team & Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams—marketing, sales, and executives—to ensure creative aligns strategically with company goals and resonates deeply with our customers.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative leadership or senior creative roles, ideally within high-growth startup environments.

  • Passion for strategic storytelling with demonstrated experience leading creative advertising and branding campaigns across multiple platforms—web, digital, video, social media, branding, events, and advertising.

  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing impactful creative campaigns, branding initiatives, multimedia storytelling, and digital innovation.

  • Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI-driven creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance creative output and efficiency.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, pitch innovative ideas, and inspire others to follow your creative vision.
