We’re early, fast-moving, and design-obsessed. As part of the founding team, you’ll help shape the product, culture, and technical foundation from day one.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our founding team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our core platform features and technical foundation. This is a high-impact opportunity where your contributions will directly influence product direction and user experience. This is not a role for someone who just wants to “run models.” You’ll be actively helping to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end data solutions; from experimentation and feature engineering to production-ready pipelines and model monitoring.

What You’ll Do

● Partner with the founding team to design scalable data workflows, experiments, and predictive models

● Translate ambiguous product questions into well-defined data problems

● Build, test, and deploy machine learning models into production environments

● Analyze user behavior, product usage, and operational data to uncover insights and drive decisions

● Collaborate with engineering to ensure models are efficient, explainable, and well-integrated into the product

● Establish best practices for data quality, documentation, and reproducibility

● Contribute to shaping tech stack, culture, and data strategy

Nice to Have

● Experience building data/ML solutions in early-stage companies or startups.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and orchestration tools.

● Background or proficient knowledge of the aviation industry

Logistics & Compensation

● We are unable to sponsor visas now or in the future. U.S. work authorization required

● Compensation (pre-funding): Equity-only until we close our first round (target ~4–6 months)

● Compensation (post-funding): Converts to competitive salary + meaningful equity
