We’re looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform to lead the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of Confetti’s platform offering. This role will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, feature adoption, and expansion into new teams and departments within our customers’ organizations.
As a core member of the Marketing team, you’ll own platform positioning, pricing & packaging strategy, and high-value GTM initiatives—working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to ensure Confetti is the backbone of remote workplace culture, team-building, employee engagement and L&D programs for the world’s leading companies.

You'll Be:
🔹Platform GTM Strategy: Developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Confetti’s platform features, with a focus on driving subscriptions, adoption, and expansion within high-value accounts.
🔹Messaging & Positioning: Crafting clear, differentiated messaging for core audiences—emphasizing the platform’s value, scalability, and cultural impact.
🔹Pricing & Packaging: Owning and optimizing platform pricing and packaging strategies to drive adoption, retention, and profitability.
🔹Sales & Customer Enablement: Developing collateral, playbooks, training, and demos that enable Sales and Customer teams to communicate platform value and drive adoption.
🔹Subscriber & Expansion Growth: Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Gen teams to identify opportunities to grow subscriber base and expand platform usage across organizations.
🔹Market Research & Voice of Customer: Conducting ongoing research to understand buyer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape—informing product roadmap and GTM strategies.
🔹Product Partnership: Collaborating closely with Product to ensure platform features meet market needs and are positioned effectively at launch.
🔹Performance Analysis: Monitoring key adoption and engagement metrics to assess platform performance and optimize marketing strategies.
🔹Field Marketing & Partnerships: Supporingt high-impact field marketing initiatives, industry events, and strategic partnerships to drive awareness and demand for the platform.
🔹Brand Alignment: Ensuring all platform marketing materials reflect Confetti’s fun, human, and enterprise-ready brand identity.
You Have:
✅4+ years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS or platform-based companies.
✅Strong experience in enterprise GTM strategy, pricing & packaging, and sales enablement.
✅Deep understanding of HR, People Ops, or workplace tech buyer personas.
✅Strong analytical and research skills—comfortable using data to drive decisions.
✅Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a demonstrable ability to translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
✅Proven track record of driving product adoption and subscriber growth.
