What You'll Build

• Ruby/Rails backend powering automated evidence collection and policy management
• React/TypeScript frontend that compliance teams actually love using
• Integrations with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft for handling sensitive data

You'll own features end-to-end with direct access to founders and the product team. No micromanagement, high autonomy. Your code immediately impacts real businesses, staying secure and compliant.

Who They Need

• 5+ years of building production full-stack systems
• Ruby/Rails experience who knows React/TypeScript inside out (or instead of Ruby, very strong Python/Golang)
• Strong CS fundamentals from a top school or equivalent
• Startup DNA - you thrive in fast-moving environments where your work directly impacts customers and revenue.
