UX Designer

Position: UX Designer

Location: Vacaville, CA (Remote)

Pay: $50 to $75/hour

Experience:

• 10+ years of UX design experience.
• 10+ years of experience working in a large, risk adverse organization with a robust IT team.

Type: Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Conde Group is seeking a UX Designer to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Conduct research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
• Organize information and create clear navigation systems.
• Develop basic layouts and structure of the product.
• Create interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user interaction.
• Conduct usability testing to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive design and development process.
• Create clear specifications and guidelines for developers to follow.
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards for all users.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to work P.S.T. hours.
• Experience with GenAI preferred.
• Excellent communication skills is a must.
