About Us
Concord isn't your typical consulting firm; we're an execution-focused company passionate about delivering results. Our mission is to help clients enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and revolutionize product offerings through seamless integration, optimization, and activation of technology and data.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with experience in digital marketing programs, particularly in SEO and/or search marketing. In this role, you’ll work closely with our client’s search marketing team to drive program delivery, align cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure strategic initiatives are executed on time and at high quality. While this role does not require hands-on SEO execution, familiarity with SEO/SEM concepts is critical to effectively coordinate with practitioners, analysts, developers, and marketing leads.
This TPM role plays a pivotal part in supporting the client’s visibility and growth via organic and paid search. You’ll help operationalize strategy, accelerate execution, and create the connective tissue between teams.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own end-to-end program management for a high-impact search marketing initiative, including timelines, workstreams, stakeholder communications, and risk management
- Translate SEO/SEM strategies into structured, actionable plans for cross-functional teams (e.g., content, web dev, analytics, UX)
- Partner closely with SEO practitioners, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to ensure technical and non-technical tasks are tracked and delivered
- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively identify blockers, dependencies, and issues—and drive resolution through structured problem-solving
- Maintain clear documentation of project goals, decisions, and deliverables to ensure transparency and alignment
- Contribute to process improvement efforts across search marketing programs
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience in program or project management, preferably in a digital marketing or web-related environment.
- Experience in digital transformation and consulting firms is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with SEO/SEM principles and terminology (e.g., page experience, crawlability, metadata, rankings, structured data, paid vs. organic search), and ability to elicit and recommend Search Analytics Prioritization (SAP) based on client's desired outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments, including working with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate between business and technical audiences.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello)
- Bonus: Experience working with web developers, CMS platforms, or marketing analytics teams.
