We are a boutique marketing, PR, editorial, and video production agency working with forward-thinking brands across luxury, fashion, lifestyle, and culture. We create high-impact storytelling through strategy, content, and visual production. As we scale, we’re looking for a highly capable Marketing & Production Manager who can fully own projects, drive results, and keep the CEO out of the day-to-day.
The Role
You’ll lead brand strategy, marketing campaigns, social media direction, and full production workflows from start to finish. You’ll manage digital presence and media planning with a deep understanding of aesthetics, culture, and performance across the GCC and Europe. You’ll be empowered to make strategic decisions and lead teams — with daily updates to align.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for high-end clients.
Oversee brand development, positioning, tone of voice, and creative execution.
Identify cultural and aesthetic trends to guide brand storytelling and campaign ideas.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Build and execute digital marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Lead organic social media strategy, content calendars, growth, and community engagement.
Oversee paid social and digital ad campaigns, influencer partnerships, and analytics.
Ensure all digital and social outputs reflect brand identity and business objectives.
Media Planning
Plan and oversee media buys across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Work with clients to set KPIs and measure campaign performance (e.g., engagement, ROI).
Collaborate with media agencies or platforms as needed.
Production Management
Manage end-to-end production (editorial, video, branded content), from concept through delivery.
Lead timelines, budgets, logistics, creative teams, and quality control.
Oversee all external vendors and on-set crews.
Project Management
Own project pipelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple clients and campaigns.
Ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and exceed expectations.
Provide daily high-level updates to the co-founders, flagging wins, issues, or decisions made.
What You Bring
5+ years experience in marketing, social media, brand, or production roles.
Deep understanding of luxury, fashion, culture, and design-forward industries.
Proven ability to run social and digital campaigns from concept to reporting.
Familiarity with media buying, analytics, and paid digital strategy.
Strong production knowledge — from creative concepting to shoot execution.
Visionary taste level, aesthetic fluency, and trend-awareness.
Self-starter with excellent leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
Tools: Asana, Notion, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
