Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Communication and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and communication efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and promote our products/services. This role requires a creative and results-driven professional with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and drive brand growth.
- Manage communication campaigns: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, press releases, and other external communications to enhance the company's presence.
- Support leaders with internal communication: Collaborate with leadership to identify internal communication needs and develop strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Develop and execute an internal communication plan: Create and implement a comprehensive internal communication plan to drive understanding of company objectives, initiatives, and values.
- Work together with the communication and marketing in EMEA: Collaborate closely with the European Marketing and Communications team to implement their plans, strategies, and communications locally, ensuring alignment and consistency.
- Lead digital marketing efforts: Utilize digital platforms, including social media, to engage with target audiences and drive traffic to company channels.
- Coordinate public relations activities: Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, and coordinate PR events to promote company initiatives.
- Analyze market trends: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Budget management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and brand development.
