About ConceiveAbilities

ConceiveAbilities is the premier gestational surrogacy and egg donation agency in the United States and worldwide. For nearly 30 years, ConceiveAbilities has guided clients through the complex process of family building through assisted reproductive technologies. We are modern family advocates that believe that everyone who wants to become a parent, can. Parents should be able to choose from many family-building options - regardless of marital status, fertility challenges, geopolitical factors, or social motivation. At ConceiveAbilities, we are All In. Our staff is committed to helping our clients from their first meeting, to choosing a surrogate, to the delivery plans for the baby and every step in between.

Position Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and process-driven Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our Technology Team. This role requires someone who is passionate about data clarity, consistency, and documentation — someone who doesn’t just analyze data but builds structure and rigor around how it’s defined, maintained, and used across the organization.

The ideal candidate thrives on transforming raw data into usable intelligence, creating meticulous documentation (including robust data dictionaries), and ensuring data flows and processes are clearly mapped, repeatable, and scalable.

Position Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain clear, comprehensive data dictionaries that ensure consistent definitions and usage across all platforms and teams.
  • Design and manage repeatable, well-documented data processes that promote accuracy and reliability across reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to support day-to-day and strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze data related to marketing, lead generation, operational efficiency, and customer journey performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, document data flows, and translate complex data into business-friendly insights.
  • Lead data quality initiatives, proactively identifying inconsistencies, anomalies, or inefficiencies in data collection and management.
  • Support experimentation efforts through data design, tracking setup, and performance analysis (A/B testing, funnel optimization, etc.).
  • Deliver precise, presentation-ready insights and reports to senior leadership.

Experience And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain data dictionaries, process maps, and documentation.
  • Obsessively detail-oriented — nothing escapes your attention and accuracy is non-negotiable.
  • Skilled in using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for structured problem-solving.
  • Clear, confident communicator — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM data models, exp with Salesforce.
  • Basic proficiency with SQL or data transformation tools (e.g., BigQuery, Zapier, or similar).
  • Experience in healthcare, MarTech, or mission-driven environments.
  • Exposure to marketing funnels and campaign performance metrics.

We Offer

  • Generous PTO
  • Remote-first culture, with participation in in-person Employee Events
  • Travel for Employee Events
  • Medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, basic life, and voluntary life
  • 401(k) with matching contributions
  • FSAs
  • Continuing education allowance
  • The opportunity to make a difference and help build families

Employment Type: Full Time

Reports To: Chief Technology Officer

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $80,000
