About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Operations Analyst to support a high-performing analytics organization within a leading healthcare environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving operational processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and building scalable analytics capabilities.
You will partner closely with Analytics, Marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize reporting processes, strengthen analytics governance, improve business intelligence operations, and help drive adoption of measurement frameworks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support executive-level and enterprise reporting initiatives, including measurement and reporting related to marketing performance and organizational demand generation.
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of enterprise measurement frameworks, ensuring projects are properly documented, tracked, and evaluated.
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations that communicate key performance metrics and business insights.
- Partner with Analytics, Marketing, and Technology teams to enhance and scale business intelligence and reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on analytics objectives, reporting standards, and performance measurement.
- Promote a balanced analytics service model by enabling stakeholders through self-service reporting tools while providing consultative support when needed.
- Manage analytics workspaces, data refresh schedules, data flows, and operational processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, documentation, and governance across analytics operations.
- Contribute to the evolution of data standards, taxonomy, and analytics infrastructure that support enterprise reporting and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Analytics Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical function.
- Experience managing analytics operations, including project coordination, process improvement, documentation, and data governance activities.
- Hands-on experience with Airtable for workflow management, process design, or operational tracking.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with downstream analytics and reporting platforms.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Power BI, Databricks, dbt, Atlan
- Similar analytics, data management, or business intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting marketing analytics, customer analytics, or digital performance measurement initiatives.
- Experience improving analytics workflows through automation, process optimization, or operational best practices.
- Professional certifications or advanced training related to analytics, data management, business intelligence, or project management.
