The Role

We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to take ownership of mission-critical features and infrastructure. As the most senior IC next to our VP of Engineering, you’ll lead architectural decisions, ship features end-to-end, and raise the technical bar across the team.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and wants to help shape a scalable, enterprise-grade SaaS platform.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features—from database to UI—with minimal guidance
• Drive architecture, infrastructure, and DevOps strategy (Azure, CI/CD, performance, observability)
• Implement secure authentication flows (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2)
• Optimize backend performance and database integrity (Azure SQL, advanced SQL)
• Deliver front-end experiences using Blazor (or React/Vue/Angular)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product direction and priorities
• Lead by example through mentorship, documentation, and engineering best practices

What You Bring

• 8+ years in software engineering with deep experience in .NET Core and Azure
• Proven track record shipping scalable SaaS applications
• Full-stack expertise across backend, front-end, and DevOps
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and performance monitoring
• Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with tools like OpenTelemetry, DataDog, or Grafana
• Excellent communication and a mindset focused on ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement
