UI/UX Designer

Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, ensuring an excellent user experience across digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform user needs and business goals into seamless, innovative designs that drive engagement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to gather business requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Receptive to feedback and collaboration with the design team to iterate on and improve design solutions.
• Comfortable working remotely while maintaining effective communication and productivity with team members.
• Contribute to and adhere to existing style guides, pattern libraries, and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into visual solutions through wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
• Regularly present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, providing clear rationales for design decisions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities is required.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Sketch and Abstract.
• 4+ years of experience designing software applications for web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Azure Dev-Ops.
• Critical thinking, problem solving, detail orientated.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong time management skills.
• Up to date with modern design standards.
• Some knowledge of Usability and HCI principles, with an interest in conducting design research and usability testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 per year
