• Design surveys and consolidate large volumes of structured & unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Lead ETL processes to make raw data clean, usable, and ready for analytics.
• Build advanced statistical models to explore scenarios and predict trends.
• Create executive dashboards that empower strategic decision-making.
• Develop data pipelines to track and measure key workforce planning metrics.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
