UI/UX Designer – AI Products

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a focus on AI-driven products to join our team and help craft intuitive, engaging, and intelligent user experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for designing responsive interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes that bring AI and ML-powered solutions to life. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including AI specialists, developers, and product managers—to translate complex data and functionality into seamless, user-centered design. Leveraging tools like Figma and a strong understanding of usability principles, you'll contribute to building next-gen digital products that balance innovation with accessibility and practicality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, clients, AI specialists, product managers, and developers to understand business objectives, user needs, and technical possibilities.
• Rapidly translate requirements from client ideas into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
• Create intuitive and engaging UX/UI design solutions tailored specifically for AI-driven applications.
• Adapt designs quickly based on feedback, client adjustments, emerging technology constraints or opportunities, as well as evolving user needs.
• Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Balance working on multiple concurrent projects (POCs) efficiently, prioritizing effectively under the pressure of tight deadlines.
• Stay updated and proactively explore current UI/UX trends, techniques, and emerging technologies, particularly in the AI/ML application domain.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• A strong portfolio showcasing responsive design, wireframes, prototypes, and UI solutions crafted in Figma.
• Experience or keen interest in working on AI/ML-driven products or services.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and accessibility considerations.
• Comfortable working in an agile, rapidly changing technical environment with iterative feedback loops and tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance creative innovation with practical implementation constraints.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proactive collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with data visualization, analytics dashboards, and interfaces tailored for AI/data-driven products.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts, ML workflows, data interpretation, and implications for UX/UI product design.
• Experience conducting user research, testing, interviews, and turning insights into actionable design improvements.
• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/React/NextJS/Python) and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
