About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll support strategic initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of financial and experience products. This includes leading go-to-market (GTM) strategies, executing national-scale launches, developing messaging, and driving user research. The ideal candidate blends performance-minded marketing with customer empathy, cross-functional leadership, and a builder’s mentality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Product Development
- Support 0-to-1 business cases for fintech and financial service products.
- Define and execute business KPIs and growth plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to scale new offerings.
2. Go-To-Market Execution
- Lead GTM strategy and tactical execution for new products and features.
- Create launch plans, measure satisfaction, and drive adoption and usage.
- Design and run marketing experiments tied to business goals.
3. Research & Customer Insights
- Conduct and collaborate on qualitative user research and surveys.
- Analyze product metrics to uncover marketing and positioning opportunities.
- Translate findings into product and marketing recommendations.
4. Marketing Campaign Execution
- Develop content, messaging, and in-app/email campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, CRM, Creative) to ensure timely delivery.
- Report marketing performance results and learnings to stakeholders.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in weekly business reviews to influence strategy.
- Align on metrics, user impact, and campaign strategy with stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Data teams.
- Own performance and success criteria for financial products.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or similar GTM-focused roles (tech, consulting, finance, operations, or strategy)
- Proven experience leading or contributing to go-to-market strategy and execution
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience with customer research (qualitative and/or quantitative)
- Data-driven decision-maker with ability to partner on experimentation
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives from concept to completion
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in fintech, gig economy, or consumer tech platforms
- Exposure to financial products, payments, or compensation models
- Proficiency with in-app marketing tools, email platforms, and user analytics
- Experience with CRM platforms and product experimentation frameworks
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills
- Builder mindset: comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution
