About the Role
As a key member of the Ads Marketing team, you’ll lead paid media strategies that help grow brand awareness and attract advertisers to the platform. You’ll manage everything from campaign planning to execution and performance reporting. This is a highly cross-functional and analytical role, ideal for someone who enjoys building full-funnel campaigns and working with both creative and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end paid campaign strategy across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Programmatic, and ABM platforms
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, and Analytics to align paid media with business priorities
- Launch and manage campaigns that support advertiser acquisition and partner engagement
Goal Setting & Analytics
- Define KPIs for awareness, lead generation, and engagement
- Set campaign goals that support full-funnel marketing objectives
- Regularly analyze campaign results (week-over-week, monthly, quarterly) and optimize accordingly
Vendor & Platform Management
- Manage media platforms and agency partners to ensure high-quality delivery, ad QA, and budget pacing
- Evaluate media channel performance to guide future budget allocation
Campaign Planning & Enablement
- Align paid media campaigns with product launches, seasonal pushes, trade events, and content strategies
- Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to ensure ad assets and messaging are relevant and high-impact
Forecasting & Budgeting
- Monitor and report on media spend and campaign pacing
- Support quarterly forecasting and propose reallocation based on performance.
Must-Have Skills
- 4+ years in B2B marketing, specifically focused on paid media/digital marketing
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Programmatic, ABM/intent platforms
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of connecting campaign results to business goals
- Experience collaborating with both internal teams and external media/creative agencies
- Ability to execute campaigns end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in AdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or Marketplace environments
- Familiarity with full-funnel campaign design and budget forecasting
- Comfort using tools like Google Ads, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads Manager
