Marketing Campaign Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives focused on driving growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing revenue-generating customer marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on leveraging data-driven insights and personalized messaging to maximize customer lifetime value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, campaign management, and revenue generation.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, particularly Pardot, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, execution, and optimization.
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics, including account selection, personalized messaging, and cross-channel orchestration.
• Proven experience in planning and executing webinars and virtual events using platforms like ON24, from content development to promotion and follow-up.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
