Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Process data using Python, PySpark, and Databricks
Develop purchase propensity models and product recommendation models
Learn the job while performing hands-on analytics and modeling
Help business partners make more profitable decisions based on customer and prospect insights
Working Conditions:
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience in data analysis or related field
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
Experience with statistical software and database languages
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using data science to improve customer experience and business profitability
PhD in a quantitative discipline
Proficiency in Python packages such as PySpark, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, Matplotlib, and lifelines
Theoretical and practical knowledge of methods such as frequentist statistics, Bayesian statistics, forecasting, optimization, causal inference, machine learning, and natural language processing
Proficiency with version control
Experience with reading and writing data in AWS S3
Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates across functions with strong skills in persuasive and informative speaking
