About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to define and execute the strategy for Pass Benefits marketing. In this role, you will:

  • Launch new benefits and drive adoption of existing benefits.
  • Ensure members continue to find value in their Pass membership.
  • Partner closely with Product, Strategy & Operations, Analytics, and Marketing teams to bring consumer insights to life through impactful go-to-market campaigns and engagement strategies.
  • This role reports into the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager for Pass Benefits within the Marketing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive go-to-market strategies for new Pass Benefits, from audience definition and value proposition to launch and sustain efforts.
  • Partner with Analytics and Research to deeply understand consumer needs and leverage insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Build integrated marketing programs to increase awareness and adoption across owned, earned, and in-product channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy & Ops, Engineering, Finance, Creative, and Comms to bring new benefits to market and achieve measurable results.
  • Develop audience-first messaging that communicates the value of Pass Benefits and drives engagement.
  • Execute ongoing marketing strategies to improve retention and deepen engagement with existing benefits.
  • Manage campaign planning, asset creation, and execution across email, paid media, in-app, and web channels.
  • Leverage data and reporting to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Create regular internal reports to share performance results, learnings, and recommendations with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2C marketing, ideally with consumer products, technology, or subscription/membership programs.
  • Proven success defining and executing go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and measurable impact.
  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, and Operations.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience building data-driven campaigns while balancing creativity and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Collaborative approach with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
