Marketing Manager – Customer Acquisition & Audience Strategy

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and consumer-focused Marketing Manager to develop audience-first strategies that attract new customers and drive platform growth. In this role, you will assess marketing opportunities, define acquisition strategies for new verticals, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to bring high-impact campaigns to life across paid, owned, earned, and in-app channels. This is a highly collaborative role that blends strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical rigor to reach new audiences and influence key business moments.
What You'll Do
- Lead audience-first strategy development and uncover insights that shape acquisition testing and new customer growth initiatives.
- Build and execute acquisition strategies for new verticals—defining goals, category focus, and value propositions rooted in consumer needs.
- Partner with Creative, Growth, Retention, and Social/Influencer teams to activate campaigns across all channels, ensuring cultural relevance and meaningful engagement.
- Collaborate daily with Strategy & Operations partners to shape initiative roadmaps, craft leadership updates, and report on campaign performance.
- Work with Analytics, Operations, and channel teams to define goals, measurement frameworks, and KPIs for acquisition programs.
- Track core performance metrics and communicate progress to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Establish strong relationships across Product, Operations, Analytics, and Marketing to ensure cohesive, insight-driven execution.
- Stay up to date on marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
We're Excited About You Because You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of professional B2C marketing experience in a corporate or fast-paced startup environment
- Fluency across the entire marketing mix and a strong understanding of how full-funnel marketing drives business outcomes
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence cross-functional leaders
- A strategic, business-minded approach with the ability to identify insights from data and turn them into actionable strategies
- A collaborative and creative mindset—comfortable working with multiple teams to solve complex problems
- A strong bias for action and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- A proven track record of delivering successful go-to-market launches that drove adoption and measurable impact
