Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000 Base Salary + Equity Grants

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Marketing Funnel Development Experience
- Strong Data-Driven Mindset and Outcome Orientation
Ideal Candidate:
- 3- 5 Years of Sales and/or Marketing Experience
- Background in B2B SaaS and/or Healthcare/Medical Marketing
- Startup Experience
- Proficiency in Marketing Tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zapier, Mailchimp, and Meta Ads
- Deep Understanding of CRM Workflows, Lead Gen Tactics, and Conversion Optimization
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Director of Sales and Marketing, you'll wear both strategic and hands-on hats. You’ll build and optimize full-funnel strategies, lead demand generation campaigns, and drive predictable revenue growth through seamless sales and marketing alignment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Lead Performance Marketing Initiatives - Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns across outbound email, paid media (e.g. Meta/Facebook ads), and other acquisition channels. Define success metrics and continuously test to improve ROI.
- Own Funnel Development & Optimization - Take full ownership of the end-to-end customer journey—from initial lead acquisition to deal closure. Continuously refine each stage of the funnel to maximize conversions and reduce friction between marketing and sales.
- Drive Sales Operations & Workflow Automation - Implement and refine sales processes, using tools like Pipedrive and automation platforms (e.g. Zapier) to streamline lead management, pipeline tracking, and team efficiency.
- Execute Scalable Marketing Automation - Design and manage automated marketing workflows that nurture leads and re-engage prospects, leveraging tools like Mailshake, Mailchimp, and CRM automation.
- Establish and Track Core KPIs - Define and monitor metrics across both sales and marketing functions, including pipeline velocity, close rates, CAC, MQLs, and engagement. Deliver actionable insights through regular reporting to the leadership team.
- Develop and Execute Integrated Growth Strategy - Create a cohesive sales and marketing roadmap that aligns with business goals, combining brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion strategies to drive predictable revenue growth.
- Launch and Manage Demand Generation Campaigns - Build multi-channel demand gen programs using content, email marketing, paid advertising, and strategic partnerships. Optimize based on conversion data and attribution insights.
- Direct Engagement with Early-Stage Prospects - Actively participate in the sales process—conducting discovery calls, delivering product demos, and closing deals—to validate GTM strategy and refine messaging based on real-time customer feedback.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Pipedrive or HubSpot
- Proficient in email automation tools such as Mailshake and Mailchimp
- Skilled in managing Meta/Facebook Ads and executing performance-driven campaigns
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing tools
- Comfortable connecting GTM workflows using tools like Zapier
