What You’ll Work On

You will help define and deliver innovative software solutions used across industries such as life sciences, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and more

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key product areas
• Design, prototype, and validate solutions quickly and effectively
• Translate ideas into clear requirements, epics, and user stories
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and stakeholders
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovation into the product
• Serve as the subject matter expert internally and externally

This role is hands-on and outcome-driven. You will build, influence, and deliver.

What You Bring

• Experience in software product management, typically 3 or more years, with deeper experience for senior-level candidates
• Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and QA
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong ownership mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for building innovative, cloud-based software solutions

Bonus experience includes enterprise software, Salesforce platform, or QHSE or EQMS solutions.
