🔹 Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or NLP Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, NLTK, spaCy, and NLP frameworks

• Experience building and deploying Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions

• Expertise in ML model development, training, optimization, deployment, and MLOps/LLMOps

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain, and semantic search

• Strong knowledge of Apache Spark, Airflow, and scalable data engineering frameworks

• Experience building cloud-native AI solutions on AWS

• Experience working with large datasets across Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar databases

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

• Must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Woodlawn, MD
