  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to proactively manage progress and avoid delays.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between design teams, A&E consultants, general contractors, vendors, and operators to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Lead regular project meetings, charrettes, and stakeholder updates, keeping all parties informed and accountable throughout the lifecycle.
  • Track project budgets, commitments, and cost changes, ensuring financial alignment and supporting procurement efforts for equipment and key materials.
  • Coordinate equipment procurement and vendor timelines, managing long lead items and ensuring timely delivery to meet construction schedules.
  • Maintain and actively manage issue logs, driving resolution across teams and escalating risks early to prevent project disruption.
  • Oversee project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility for all stakeholders.
  • Provide consistent status reporting to leadership, offering clear visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions.
  • Support construction and field execution, including site coordination, installation oversight, punch walks, and final closeout to ensure alignment with design intent.
