Location: Elton Peterborough Office

We welcome applications from across the UK. While the role is predominantly remote, employees who are based near our Elton, Peterborough office may be asked to join occasional in-person meetings and team events to support collaboration and relationship-building.

Travel: up to 10%

Pay: 55,000-65,000 + 10% bonus

We are actively seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

This role’s primary responsibility is to be a steward of our brands across an international marketplace, ensuring a consistent and compelling presence across every touchpoint. The role will drive innovation, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies that strengthen brand equity while delivering sustainable business growth.

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll make an impact by:

• Developing and executing marketing plans that support brand growth and commercial objectives.
• Leading integrated campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels.
• Driving new product development and innovation initiatives across the brand portfolio.
• Protecting the identity of our brands across all consumer and trade channels.
• Ensuring consistency in brand messaging, artwork, advertising, packaging, and communications.
• Building strong relationships with trade and consumer media to enhance brand visibility through advertising, editorial features, advertorials, and press releases.
• Monitoring market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

What you need to succeed:

• Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms. Additional European language is a plus.
• 5+ years in brand marketing, ideally in fast-moving consumer goods, consumer goods, or pet industry, ideally in international marketplace.
• Demonstrated experience across digital channels (social, e-commerce, performance marketing).
• Proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category Management.
• Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and consumer marketing across an international marketplace.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
