To keep things smooth for our customers, we’re looking for a Technical Support & Integration Engineer who’s ready to own customer onboarding and handle complex support cases with confidence and a smile.

🛠️ What you’ll do

Lead technical onboarding projects for new B2B customers
Configure SSO, access control systems, and integrations
Act as project manager with both internal and client teams
Translate customer needs into actionable technical steps
Provide technical support after go-live
Handle data imports/exports, backups, and migrations using scripts
Troubleshoot issues, read logs, work with APIs
Work with devs to escalate and resolve bugs
Keep documentation clear and helpful
Proactively improve support and onboarding processes
Spot and fix recurring issues
Help improve internal tools and client experience

🧰 What you’ll work with

Tech stack: Ruby on Rails, Angular, Java (Quarkus), Ionic
Infra: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS
Tools: Postman, Slack, GitLab, ...
You don’t need to code full-time, but you should feel at home editing scripts, handling JSON, and making API calls.
