About the Role and Your Impact

We’re looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to join our growing Product team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end design process—from discovery to delivery—and work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centric solutions that drive real impact.

What You’ll Do

Lead the design of intuitive, elegant user experiences across our SaaS platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap
Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and translate findings into design insights
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma or Sketch
Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions
Advocate for users while balancing business goals and technical constraints
Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in UX/Product design, preferably at a SaaS or tech company
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work across web and/or mobile platforms
Excellent visual design and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong user research and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in an agile product development environment
Great communication skills—you can explain design decisions clearly and advocate for best practices
Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.) and prototyping tools (InVision, Framer, etc.)
