Hey ✋
We're looking for a driven and results-oriented marketer to help us build awareness around our great output. If you’re excited to work with some of the world’s leading eCommerce brands, want the freedom to take ownership, and prefer action over endless procedures — this role is for you.
About Commerce-UI
Over the last 7 years, we've been a technology partner for top league brands (like Lady Gaga, Carhartt WIP, Pangaia, Magda Butrym or Rolex) We strive for the best possible quality by combining an eye for design and user experience with the most up-to-date technologies.
Our Challenge
We’re at a great moment of growth. We keep winning top-tier clients, and new projects consistently come through referrals or our case studies, not cold outreach. So far, all marketing efforts have been led directly by the founders (Simon + Michael).
Now, we’re looking for someone to take the lead. You’d work closely with us to shape and execute our marketing strategy, amplify our best work, and — over time — build an internal marketing team.
What is it like to work at Commerce-UI?
- Small, senior and highly collaborative teams, we focus on building awesome eCommerce stores, not drowning in procedures and meetings. We want to turn ideas into action.
- Great design is in our DNA. We put serious energy into making things beautiful — backed by top-tier engineering.
- We are always looking to do things smarter, faster and better.
- Our clients are high-profile and forward-thinking lifestyle brands. Your friends will ask, "Wow, YOU did this?"
What We’re Looking For:
- You take ownership. You’re confident running a content calendar, hitting deadlines, and collaborating across teams to move things forward.
- Clear communicator with a positive attitude. You’re proactive, open to feedback, and collaborative — and you genuinely care about making great work happen.
- Strong content creation skills. You know how to turn research, raw ideas, or technical input into well-structured, engaging content (blog or socials). Bonus if you’ve written about topics like eCommerce, design, UX, or tech.
- Understanding of SEO. You don’t need to be an SEO guru, but you should know how to optimize content, track performance, and make data-informed improvements using tools like Ahrefs, GA4, and Search Console.
- Partnership mindset — You’re curious about building relationships with partners, platforms, and communities — and you see value in co-marketing opportunities.
- Strategic thinking with a bias for action. You set goals, track performance, and iterate — but you’re also hands-on and not afraid to get into the weeds to make things happen.
- Fluency in both verbal and written English (our clients are mainly US and UK based).
- Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B marketing role.
Nice to have:
- An eye for design and detail — you appreciate good design and know how to present content in a visually thoughtful way.
- Background in a digital agency — you understand the pace, the variety of projects, and what it means to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Experience in eCommerce — familiarity with Shopify or any commerce platform is a plus but not a must.
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, or iconic brands — if you get excited seeing how top-tier brands tell their story online, you’ll feel right at home here.
Team
Most of the time, you would work alongside our co-founders Simon & Michael and our design & dev team.
All of us love what we do and care about building state-of-the-art eCommerce stores. If you like such an attitude, we're definitely the right people to work with!
