Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will support our marketing and operations efforts across digital campaigns, content creation, and event execution. This role requires someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects without handholding. REAL STATE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing assets (presentations, social media graphics, ads, signage, etc.) using Canva and other tools.
- Write compelling copy for social media and manage posting schedules, community engagement, and overall brand presence.
- Create and manage complex automations, email marketing, segmentation, and database organization within GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Update and create new website pages in GHL (from cloned templates).
- Set up and manage campaigns across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency in messaging and design.
- Track performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Coordinate and manage webinars and other online events, including setup, promotion, and follow-up.
- Conduct podcast outreach for guest opportunities and placements.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, and coordination with team members.
- Support lead generation initiatives on LinkedIn.
- Manage Eventbrite for event creation and registration.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of proven experience in marketing coordination and digital marketing
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL), email marketing, and social media management.
- Graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent) and strong eye for design
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
- Understanding of project management tools and workflows.
- Ideal: Knowledge of multifamily/commercial real estate marketing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality work.
- Critical thinker who can troubleshoot, self-check, and problem-solve without relying solely on AI tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
