Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager with a proven track record in leading integrated marketing initiatives. With at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across digital marketing, PR, influencer partnerships, social media, video production, webinars, and live streaming.
Key Responsibilities:
The senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the performance of Several Channels and Consumer Journey Processes, including planning, coordination and execution of:
Integrated Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sales, and external agencies to align on objectives and messaging.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Oversee day-to-day social media strategy and growth, ensuring consistency in voice and brand.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data insights.
Public Relations & Influencer Marketing
- Manage PR campaigns and media outreach in coordination with agencies or internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and industry partners to amplify brand presence.
Video Production, Webinars, & Live Streams
- Oversee the planning, scripting, production, and distribution of video content including product explainers, testimonials, and brand stories.
- Manage webinars and virtual/live events end-to-end, including promotion, hosting, and analytics.
Events & Trade Shows
- Support planning and on-site execution of trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
- Coordinate logistics, collateral, and lead generation initiatives.
Emerging Channels
- Support media planning and buying for OTT, CTV, programmatic, and native campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend new media strategies to reach target audiences effectively.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
- Use data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with increasing responsibility.
- At least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing strategy, execution, and performance measurement
- Experience leading PR and influencer programs, with measurable results
- Proficiency in video production workflows and managing live streams/webinars
- Strong digital marketing acumen, including social media platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
Preferred:
- Experience in media buying or campaign planning.
- Knowledge of native advertising platforms and sponsored content strategies
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Type forms, Active campaign, Pipedrive, HubSpot/Marketo, Hootsuite, Zoom, and eWebinar.
