CollegeAdvisor empowers everyone to thrive. In this role the Senior Marketing Manager will lead our email marketing and social media strategy. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content that drives engagement, strengthens brand trust, and increases conversions across our platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in email marketing, organic and/or paid social media strategy, and partner/client campaign management.

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and manage CollegeAdvisor’s email marketing strategy to drive engagement and revenue.
Create a long-term email calendar that aligns with sales, marketing, and TeenLife initiatives.
Ensure emails prioritize CollegeAdvisor’s services and external promotions.
Work inside email platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, and SendGrid, to optimize email workflows, automation, and list segmentation.
Social Media Growth & Engagement
Overhaul CollegeAdvisor’s organic social media presence to diversify content and increase engagement.
Oversee a team of contractors and influencers to scale content creation across several platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Collaborate with paid social teams on content creation to help drive conversions and enrollments.
Expand social content targeting parents of high school students to build a larger parent community and drive qualified leads.
Content & Brand Development
Align marketing efforts with CollegeAdvisor’s sales and business goals to drive growth.
Improve cross-functional collaboration between the CollegeAdvisor and TeenLife teams.
Strengthen CollegeAdvisor’s brand positioning in the college admissions space.
Process & Workflow Optimization
Modernize email & social workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Improve cross-team collaboration by integrating Airtable, Salesforce, and content planning tools
