About the Team
The Design team is a close-knit group of about 40 members with a passion for empowering students. The College Board is looking for an entrepreneurial, Senior UX/UI Designer to help build the future of our K12 and College Readiness and Assessment (CRA) ecosystem. The designer in this role will partner with the design lead and work in close collaboration with product owners, ensuring that our visions and strategies are perfectly aligned. In addition to the product owners, our design team maintains a synergistic relationship with the content, technology, and accessibility teams. This collaboration is central to our workflow, enabling us to create solutions that are not only technologically advanced but also rich in content and user experience.
About the opportunity
As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you'll work closely with our design team, product leads, and engineering partners to develop creative solutions that meet business goals and user needs. You'll have the opportunity to learn about our global design system and contribute to its growth. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a consistent College Board digital testing and reporting brand across various channels, helping us reach our audience effectively.

In this role, you will:
Support Design, Research, and Implementation (60%)
Contribute to Product Design Strategy and Stakeholder Communication (30%)
Self-manage projects and timelines efficiently (10%)
About You
Anticipated Pay Range: $60-$68 per hr (Depending on experience)
