Our dynamic Internal Platforms team builds and maintains a robust and scalable platform that underpins Collectors’ engineering teams by providing IT, Networking, CloudOps, DevOps, Database, and QA best practices in turn enabling rapid, secure and stable application delivery.
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Quality Transformation role to spearhead a transformative shift in our approach to quality, leading the cultural and technical transition of testing responsibilities from a dedicated QA organization to our agile engineering teams and fostering a 'quality is everyone's responsibility' culture. This pivotal role involves architecting, implementing, and championing a comprehensive quality governance framework to support this new paradigm of developer-led quality. You will be responsible for driving the overall quality strategy, designing and maintaining robust automation frameworks, and embedding quality principles throughout the SDLC. This includes defining test architectures and advising on quality governance to enhance the SDLC, ensuring our solutions effectively handle high volumes of global traffic through both backend and frontend automation across multiple agile teams.

The salary range for this position is $159,469--$258,903. _Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
