SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, they still rely on assumptions from the early 2000s. We're building what comes next: an AI-native ERP that’s autonomous, agent-driven, and composable by design. Built for the real-world needs of mid-sized companies such as wholesalers and B2B brands.

What You'll Build With Us

• Robust, extensible backend infrastructure using Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Temporal.io
• Integrated AI capabilities including multi-agent workflows and proactive automations
• Intelligent orchestration for business logic, real-time workflows, and asynchronous automation
• High-velocity CI/CD pipelines using Fly.io and GitHub Actions

What You Bring

• Proven expertise in Python (Django is a plus)
• Deep understanding of databases, performance optimization, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems
• Comfort with full ownership: from system design to deployment, including direct interaction with users
• A strong preference for autonomy, speed, customer proximity, and rapid iteration
• Bonus: experience with AI integrations (RAG, agent workflows), Temporal.io, or graph databases

You’ll help invent a new category of enterprise software. This is not just another CRUD app, we’re building real-time orchestration engines, intelligent agents, and proactive interfaces. This is foundational work, built by a small, highly skilled team.
