We are seeking a Senior Website Data Analyst to support enterprise-wide website analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, expertise in Adobe Analytics (including CJA and Consumer Journey Analytics), and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and impactful way. This independent role requires a highly collaborative, cross-functional team player who enjoys working with others to drive data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates using Adobe Analytics and CJA.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve website usability, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Identify opportunities for website optimization and conduct detailed analysis of user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling presentations and insights for stakeholders.
- Design and implement A/B testing and experimentation to measure the impact of optimizations.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and UX teams to align website strategies with business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and governance, adhering to best practices in website analytics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in website data analysis and optimization.
- Strong Adobe Analytics (CJA) and A/B testing (Adobe Target) expertise.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Adobe Workspace, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, making complex data easy to understand.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Adobe Analytics, CJA, or Target certification is a plus.
