Data Scientist- Bayesian Modeling/ Large Language Models (LLMs)

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist III to collaborate with cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and implementing AI models that address complex business challenges. The role involves integrating external AI programs, developing deep learning models, and applying advanced techniques such as Bayesian modeling and large language models (LLMs) for real-world data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and deep learning models using Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other tools.
• Integrate and customize external AI programs to ensure system compatibility.
• Research and implement large language models (LLMs) in real-world data contexts.
• Apply Bayesian modeling techniques in multimodal data analysis.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and update AI models to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Computational Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred; Master’s with 5+ years’ experience considered.
• Proficient in Python programming with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with large language models and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with Bayesian modeling in AI applications is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience applying AI to biological data and research.
• Expertise in image analysis using deep learning.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Exposure to other AI frameworks (e.g., BERT, LLAMA) and programming languages.
