User Experience Designer

We are a compliance-driven blockchain exchange, seeking a UI/UX Designer with Web3 experience. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces and interactions for both web and mobile platforms, making it easy for users to navigate our exchange and other financial products. You will work closely with the development team, blockchain engineers, and product team to drive product iteration and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI Design: Design intuitive and clean user interfaces for both the exchange and financial products across web and mobile platforms, enhancing user experience.
2. UX Design: Create interaction flows aligned with Web3 user needs, optimizing key features such as wallets and transactions.
3. Design System: Establish and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
4. User Research: Leverage user feedback and data analysis to deeply understand Web3 user needs and continuously drive design improvements.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, blockchain engineers, and product team to ensure smooth implementation of designs and drive product iterations.
6. Design Innovation: Stay updated with design trends in Web3, DeFi, and NFTs, applying them to product designs.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, with preference for experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
2. Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop and other design tools, with strong UI and interaction design skills.
3. Understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, decentralized applications (dApps), wallets, and smart contracts, and ability to translate blockchain user needs into excellent interactions.
4. Experience in building and maintaining design systems to ensure platform-wide consistency.
5. Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, and other user research methodologies, with the ability to optimize designs based on data and feedback.
6. Strong team collaboration and communication skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Fluent in spoken English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
8. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure seamless design implementation in collaboration with front-end developers.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of blockchain technologies such as Ethereum, Cosmos, or Solana.
