We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Strategist with deep experience in social media strategy, influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships—someone who knows how to make those channels work together and amplify each other. In this role, you'll work closely with fellow strategists and product teams to bring bold ideas to life, help lead social and influencer initiatives, and explore fresh ways to reach and engage our customers.

What you’ll do:

Build and execute marketing strategies that support new product launches and strengthen our existing offerings
Develop PR and social media strategies that grow engagement and align with business goals
Help lead influencer marketing strategies across Coinstar portfolio
Forecast market trends and translate them into actionable strategies
Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
Help shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
Analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators
Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy
Gather and organize information into reports or visual presentations to help management make effective decisions
Develop and manage lead generation programs to drive opportunities for the sales team
Maintain brand consistency and ensure overall campaign quality
Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
Develop creative campaigns and messaging that drives results
Craft overall strategy for both paid and unpaid marketing platforms to meet the business goals of the organization
Drive creative strategy through collaboration with key partners and internal teams
Develop and optimize digital strategy (including, but not limited to, Coinstar owned properties, SEO, GMB, Paid Media, Video, and eMail).
Create briefs to guide company-wide marketing and brand strategy and delivery.
Assists on International marketing projects as needed
Coordinate and integrate marketing efforts for partners – ie. Charities and Retailer MDF funds
Manage internal relationships with technology and product teams to ensure fluidity of communications to front line teams (i.e. sales, customer service and field ops)
Ensure legal compliance and approval of all marketing efforts
Develop sales materials in support of business development efforts

What you’ll bring

10+ years of related marketing or advertising experience
Proven success in social media, affiliate, and influencer marketing strategy development and execution
Experience collaborating with both in-house and external creative/design teams
Ability to maintain a strategic, big-picture perspective while managing detailed execution
Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain partnerships through customer service and collaboration
Strong organizational, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
Analytical skills and ability to draw insights from data and reports.
Communication skills with a proven ability to ask and answer difficult questions, advise stakeholders, and be a true partner to creative teams.
Ability to solve problems, collaborate, and drive cross-organization alignment on some of our most timely and high-priority brand initiatives
Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that requires collaboration across teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Equal parts analytical acumen and creative fluency.

Location & Business Travel

Our corporate headquarters is in Bellevue, WA, but this position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
This position requires little to no business travel.

Pay and Benefits

The typical starting salary range for this position is between $100,952 - $126,189 per year. Coinstar utilizes geographically based pay ranges, within the United States, which allows us to pay competitively and consistently based on location. Within the range for the applicable geographic area, individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share the salary range specific to your location. Employees in this position have the potential to increase their base salary up to $151,427 per year, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing demonstrated and continuous performance in the role. Short-Term and Long-Term bonus incentives are a part of the total compensation package and are based on Company and Individual performance.
