Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Owner to drive the development and execution of specific products and services within our innovative crypto payment solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and delivering high-impact product initiatives that enhance user experience, optimize operational efficiency, and align with the company’s business objectives. As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in shaping the vision for assigned products, managing their backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for assigned products and services in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements.
• Backlog Management: Own and manage the product backlog for assigned products and services, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Agile Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to refine and deliver high-quality product features in an agile environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business, development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and execution.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and market research to drive product decisions and optimize performance.
• User Experience & Customer Focus: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring the delivery of intuitive and effective solutions.
• Technical Understanding: Analyze API documentation, system integrations, and technical constraints to drive informed product decisions.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve product management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or Product Manager, preferably in the fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency sector.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency payment systems is a bonus.
• Experience working in agile environments, managing sprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to analyse and write API documentation and oversee system integrations.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in creating user stories, wireframes, complex flowcharts and process diagrams.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other product management tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from ideation to execution.
