We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of user experience, product thinking, and technical fluency. You’ll play a key role in designing intuitive, scalable product experiences for one of the largest payment processing software companies in the cryptocurrency space.

Your Role

You’ll act as a bridge between product, engineering, and business teams—turning user needs and technical constraints into elegant, actionable design solutions. This role is ideal for someone who can wield tools like Figma with confidence while also digging into API documentation and system architecture to inform and guide their design decisions.

Responsibilities

· Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.

· Partner with the Product Owner, Chief Product Officer and developers to design user interfaces that are both intuitive and technically feasible.

· Interpret and leverage API documentation to inform design decisions for data-heavy or workflow-based features.

· Create clear user journeys, process diagrams, and interaction models using tools like draw.io.

· Process product feedback from internal and external users, document it, and design solutions.

· Measure and analyze feature performance.

· Document and maintain design systems, interaction patterns, and handoff materials.

· Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and integration partners, incorporating feedback into continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role in a tech or fintech environment.

· High proficiency in Figma (and optionally Adobe tools like Photoshop).

· Familiarity with reading API documentation, understanding endpoints, data models, and system workflows.

· Experience designing for complex systems (e.g., dashboards, admin panels, integrations).

· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design logic and technical constraints clearly.

· Ability to balance user-centric thinking with technical feasibility.

Bonus Points

· Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency environments.

· Exposure to Six Sigma, lean production methodologies, or data visualization.

· Comfort working with Postman, Swagger, or other tools for testing APIs.

· Interest or background in data science or computer science fundamentals.
