Summary
The Incubator Project/Program Manager is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States. The Incubator Project/Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of TriZetto's Greenfield Incubator program, including recruitment, program management, event execution, and continuous program improvement. This role focuses on enhancing the program experience for participants, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and driving growth through effective program management. The Incubator Program Manager will work closely with the Program’s Senior Manager, Senior Director and core staff to ensure a high-quality and impactful program experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day execution of the incubator program, ensuring all activities are delivered effectively and efficiently, including managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring program milestones are met.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment efforts for each incubator cohort, including outreach, application review, and participant selection. Manage the onboarding process for new participants, ensuring they are well-integrated into the program.
- Knowledge Management: Collaborate with the Program Director to develop and refine the incubator program’s asset repository and knowledge base, ensuring it is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices. Facilitate workshops and training sessions and manage the development of program materials.
- Team Support: Provide direct support to project teams, helping them navigate the incubator process and meet key milestones.
- Event Execution: Plan and execute all program-related events, including workshops, guest speaker sessions, mentor meetings, and Demo Day. Ensure all events are well-organized, effectively promoted, and provide a valuable experience for participants.
- Program Growth and Improvement: Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the incubator program and implement improvements based on feedback and key learnings. Identify opportunities to enhance program content, delivery methods, and overall participant experience.
- Data Management: Collect and maintain data related to the incubator program, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics by creating dashboards to codify best practices, track team progress, and report on program Return On Investment (ROI).
- Oversee Program Staff: work closely with the Incubator Program Operations Specialist and Core Staff members to ensure execution is in alignment with program goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including mentors, guest speakers, and industry experts, to ensure program success and build strong partnerships. Manage communications and relationships with stakeholders to ensure ongoing engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 7+ years’ experience in program management or delivery, with a focus on innovation or entrepreneurship.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience implementing new product programs for rapid incubation.
- Experience delivering innovation programs.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Literate in startups or early-stage product development.
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful events.
- Experience in marketing and recruitment.
- Experience in working with internal and external vendors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating the development and distribution of assets that support an incubator program.
- Experience in the use of low-code/no-code platforms.
- Experience in a startup incubator or accelerator environment.
Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 - $153,000 depending on experience and other
Qualifications Of The Successful Candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and
subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
