We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead infrastructure automation, cloud provisioning, and system administration efforts in a secure, enterprise-grade environment. This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux systems, with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as HIPAA.

In this role, you will

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Develop and maintain infrastructure using AWS CloudFormation and Serverless Framework.

Configure and manage AWS API Gateway, S3 buckets, and S3 archival strategies.

Automate system provisioning and configuration using Packer and Ansible.

Support and integrate with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and OpsGenie for incident and project management.

Lead and execute AWS data migration strategies across environments.

Administer and optimize Linux systems in cloud and hybrid environments.

Ensure systems and processes comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-scale deployments and operations.

What You’ll Need To Succeed (required Skills)

10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including CloudFormation, API Gateway, S3, and Serverless.

Proficiency in GitHub Actions, Packer, and Ansible.

Solid understanding of Linux system administration.

Experience working in enterprise organizations with complex infrastructure.

Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and secure cloud architecture.

Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, OpsGenie) for agile and incident workflows.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred skills: what will help you stand out

AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

Experience With Other Cloud Platforms (e.g., Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack).
