SR UX/UI Designer

At Cognition we are looking for a SR UX/UI Designer with strong focus on CX and 5 years + of experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design processes, from research to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors through customer journey mapping, personas, and data analysis.
• Design and optimize experiences that align with business goals and customer expectations.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to drive customer-centric solutions.
• Advocate for best-in-class UX/UI and CX practices, ensuring accessibility, usability, and intuitive interactions.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, executives, and cross-functional teams.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with a focus on customer experience and user-centered design.

✅ Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.

✅ Experience in customer journey mapping, behavioral analytics, and UX research.

✅ Proven ability to create data-driven designs that improve customer engagement and retention.

✅ Deep understanding of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and interaction design principles.

✅ Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.

✅ Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams.

✅ Bonus: Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) or experience with motion design

Work Modality: Remote.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 9 AM, full-time (8 hours per day).
