• Strong prototyping skills (low- and high-fidelity)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and interaction design best practices
• Experience conducting usability testing and applying insights to design improvements
• Ability to work within constraints and iterate quickly

Nice to Have

• Experience in the P&C insurance industry
• Familiarity with Duck Creek platform
