Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist within our Marketing Department, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying Coffee Atlas’s mission to become the go-to platform for specialty coffee discovery. You’ll design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and platform growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and a passion for storytelling, with a focus on connecting coffee businesses and enthusiasts through compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, food/beverage, or lifestyle brands.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Experience with email marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
• Strong grasp of social media algorithms, content trends, and community-building tactics.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with coffee enthusiasts and B2B audiences.
• Experience producing visually engaging content (video, graphics, blogs) in collaboration with designers.
• Track record of using data to optimize campaigns and drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of (or eagerness to learn) specialty coffee trends, sustainability practices, and global coffee culture.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and experience thriving in a fully remote environment.
