Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and IT teams to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.)
• Create and manage dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL
• Build and optimize customer journeys and automation workflows
• Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms via APIs and connectors
• Manage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio
• Strong understanding of data modeling and segmentation within SFMC
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification (preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud)
• Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools
• Agile/Scrum project experience
