Work Location: WFH Philippines
Working Days: Mondays to Fridays if (Mid or Night Shift); Tuesdays to Saturdays if (Morning Shift)
Available Shift Options (You may choose): PH Morning shift 6AM, PH Mid shift 5PM or PH Night shift 10 PM

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with over 5 years of experience to help drive innovation across our full-stack development efforts. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping architecture, leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering robust, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead design and implementation across the full technology stack (front-end, back-end, infrastructure)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment and testing
Review code and provide constructive feedback to promote engineering excellence
Promote and practice test-driven development and agile methodologies
Provide technical mentorship and help elevate team capabilities
Manage cloud infrastructure using GCP or AWS services
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and team culture

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency in full-stack web development
Expertise in at least four of the following:
Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript / JavaScript
Back End: Firebase / Google BigQuery
Cloud: GCP or AWS
CI/CD pipeline setup
Mobile app development
Technical mentorship through code reviews or architecture discussions
Test-driven development or QA experience
Agile development practices
Quick learner with broad technical exposure and problem-solving ability

Nice to Have:

Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Experience working on games or game engines (e.g., Phaser, Unity, cocos2d)
Background in localization and multi-language product support
Involvement in open-source R&D or experimental projects
Familiarity with data visualization tools and working with complex datasets
