Sales Support - The goal here is to increase productivity and sales calls. Tools needed include Zoho CRM, Flowchat, SEMRush, access to socials
- Logging all calls in CRM from notes - checking in on Mondays and Fridays to gather them up and/or after big meeting days
- Determine which need proposals and should be shipped to Sierra . Eventually trained to help with proposals
- Managing all leads in CRM and sending periodic emails on a cadence with templates
- Researching articles and trends we can use in these emails
- Any research or notes that can be made / given on the lead that came in to prep for the upcoming appointment
- Look at calendar for week ahead and get info on meetings, put in calendar invites
- Regularly researching prospects based on our priorities, set industries and/or flowchat activity. Get data on them (from research, SEM Rush and/or others) and send email / message to work to get appointment, add lead to CRM
- Playbook creation for prospects using our playbook proposal templates and research
- Facebook group & LinkedIn outreach - targeted outreach and messages based on templates we send (FLOWCHAT)
- Monitor activity in specific Facebook Groups (BBW, ClickFunnels, Agency Coach etc), on LinkedIn and in some LinkedIn groups looking for leads and respond and try to get appointment. Or, highlight them for me
- Partners - helping me research and prep, then effectively track monthly partner check ins adding insights and value, highlighting our training, what we’re seeing in the market, etc. Outreach for quarterly meetings
- AGENCY COACH: specific outreach messages (Shannon will do videos) for Agency Coach members
Measuring success: # of new leads added to the system, # of new deals, proposals sent, speed of proposals going out, increased sales, content in system
Marketing:
Tools needed: Flowchat, BigVu, NotebookLM, ChatGPT, Google Docs. If they have skills in Reels creation and/or video editing HUGE plus
Project: AI training / Video Script Creation. The goals here are to post 5+x/week plus train AI.
- Work with me to take my video topics and ideas, outlines, and create scripts, blog posts and social posts to prepare. Some ideas will come from me, some will come from wish list / action items from marketing team
- Get script into BigVu
- Take current & past webinars, decks, blog posts and content and upload it to NotebookLM and potentially ChatGPT to train it on tone, repurpose content (webinars into blog posts, blog posts into video, ebooks into video and social posts)
- Also build in 2ccx training, the attractive character, big domino, etc, and work to get our scripts more and more inline
- Video editing to add branding and transcription

- Dream Local training of ChatGPT (upload files and the WHY behind each file in the instructions)
